What an amazing process this has been. Thank you for supporting the Chipeta Mountain Project! On Wednesday, May 10, 2017 we received a message from the USGS Board on Geographic Names in Washington D.C. informing us that the Board of Geographic Names had approved the name change for Chipeta Mountain.
